I blew up a air meter bought a reman and the car noses over at full throttle need help if I put the old one in the car is perfect until the ecm picks it up

Remanufactured MAFs are notorously poor. I've heard stories of some trying 3 or 4 MAFs before one finally worked! I would suggest a MAF Translater and a newer style GM 3" or 3.5" MAF.

I used the Trans+ and 3.5" LS1 without any problems. This was along with an Extender Extreme chip.
