Maf Translator?????

Hello guys, I just recently found out that I had this on my car along with a bigger MAF Sensor. My car takes more than its share of turn overs before it finally fires up. So I was wondering, if I had adjusted the idle on the MAF TRANS, if that would help it to start. Also it looks like both of the little screws are set to 0, what do you guys think they should be set at?

As far as I understand, the MAF has nothing to do with the starting sequence on our cars.

Have you checked your cam sensor?
