are we talking about a complete LT1 engine swap, or just the MAF?
i think that if the money tree starts bearing fruit, i just might be putting an LT1 engine in my 84 T Type. much cheaper and easier than finding and building a proper Buick V6 for it, and i can do it without hacking anything up so it can be returned to turbocharged Buick power down the road..
Proper parts for the hotairs are all over the place. Port the heads and intake, get the good downpipe for it, put in a mild cam, alky kit, with appropriate chip, 160 t-stat, aftermarket rad with electric fans, and you'll be just fine. Keep the numbers matching
