hello i would like to buy your shifter is it in good shape? mine has a ear cracked off where the shifter handle clips on and will not stay on, and the plastic rod is broken as well in the shifter so i just wanted to make sure your's was not like that and in good working order. thanks, sean im in alabama 35640
