I picked one up from John's Performance.... Pretty expensvie for all that it is though, but what can you do?

Put a T in the PCV line.

Mine was like that when I bought the car, and it looked like rigged up crap. It worked, but looked like Hell

Attention to detail. A nice brass T, new hose, and neatly zip-tie it and it won't look bad at all.
