Looking for black round plastic seatbelt bolt cover

Does anyone know what the official name for this part or part#? Trying to find a place to buy em.
Also, is there a black spray paint I can paint these?

The piece is about 1.25" round with huge Phillips insert. Used on center front hump seatbelt hold down .

I don't know what it's called, but I think they have them in 3rd gens
too.
