Liquid in Fuel Pressure guage...Help

With a fuel rail mounted mini fuel pressure guage....Should the liquid COMPLETLY FILL the guage or just part of it???? THANKS!

only part of it.
Use care w/ that filled gauge. I've seen many of them read funky when the glycerine heats up....Just threw 1 away that we had problems with, on my bud's 409, carbed car.

Thanks! I did not think it should be full. Sold one on e bay and they are crying "foul" that a lot of the liquid is missing. It is more than half full! Thanks again for your replies! Kent
