Well, since taking the GN to the track friday(no new times worth reporting) I know that my car weighs 3540 with out me in it! I think it had roughly 1/2 tank in it as well, but it's pretty much always got the same amount of fuel in it when I go to the track because I have the same track day route.

The thing that I am most interested in is killing as much rotating weight as possible! Everyone always talks about taking weight out, but rotating mass is worth so much more in the long run.

Here is the start of my list based on this thread: How to save weight... - t6p.com - Turbo Buick Regal Resource

-RJC pulley set:
stock = 10.5 lbs ; RJC = 3 lbs; savings = 7.5 lbs

-Rims:
steel = 29 lbs; aluminum = @19 lbs (depends); total savings = 40 lbs
Centerline Auto Drags
15x10= 19lbs
15x8= 17lbs

-front rotors:
stock 17.5 lbs = ; aftermarket @9.5 lbs (SSBC) = ; total savings = 17 lbs

-rear brake drums:
steel = 10 lbs; aluminum = 5 lbs; total savings =10 lbs

-Conveters:
Precision 9.5 lock up (one quart fluid in it)= 37 lbs
Precision 9.5 non lock up (one quart fluid)= 29 lbs
Stock D5=41 pounds dry
9/11 convertor = 36 LBS DRY

What else could I add to this list? How much is an after market drive shaft worth?
