Does a leak down test need each cylinder at TDC or do I perform the leak down test like a compression test…turn the engine over 5 times?

The answer is yes each cylinder has to be at TDC.

Another question getting cylinder #1 to TDC easy but after that much far do I rotate the engine for TDC on #6, #5, #4, #3, #2?

If it is not at TDC it will push the piston down and you better make sure you don't have any wrenches on the crank if that happens.

This is the procedure I did to adjust the valves...rotate the engine twice.

At #1 TDC adjust these valves;
Intake: 1, 2, 3
Exhaust: 1, 5, 6

At #4 TDC adjust these valves;
Intake: 4, 5, 6
Exhaust: 2, 3, 4

Ok so after #1 TDC rotate the engine once and #4 is at TDC. Between #1 & #4, is #6 at 120° and #5 120° from #6 :confused: Then the same for #3 and #2...120° apart after #4 TDC :confused:
