Knocking.

All at once I developed a very loud knocking. I checked the rod bearings and #5 was loose. The rest were tight. I put a new one in and it was tight as well. Put it all back together and there's still a faint knocking. It sort of goes away with rpm then comes back. It's a ton quieter than before though. Any thoughts or suggestions?

If it knocked for long at all,it probably wore the crank some.And the rod is probably out of round.I woul sugges a rebuild and having the crank turned and the rods resized.All of them.
