knock in first(false or real)

I am running the setup in the sig. I am running about 16 lbs of boost. My audible detector goes off when boost comes up from a launch in first. If I get on it from a roll, I can take it up through third gear and dont get any knock. What are the chances that it is real down low like that? It doesnt make much since to me.

Are the tires spinning? That could cause KR - boost rising faster than the computer can add fuel.

They may have been spinning slightly, but not much. It spools real quick w/ the 3200 stall and stock turbo, but I have the et street radials on it, and they hook pretty good.
