Knock, and losing battery voltage, PL file attached

I have been experiencing some 'transitional' type knock- usually passing on the freeway, or rolling into a low boost situation on the street. I connected my Powerlogger and ran it up the freeway a bit. See attached file. What the hell is going on? Thanks for any and all help!!

Have you:
Checked all grounds.
Checked to see if the + batt cable is on the down pipe.

I haven't done either yet, but I will. I did move all the grounds from the transmission bolt to the back of the intake manifold before this problem started...perhaps that was a mistake. I will check to see if they are tight and get back to you.

I checked both the + and - battery cables..they are routed correctly and tight. Not touching any part of the exhaust. Grounds at the back are tight. Any other suggestions??
