Is this the New Rotella?

I went to Sam's Club today to buy a few more cases before they do away with the zinc. Last month they had the same old bottle(jug) this month it's this one. Did they change the formula already? The API ratings are different too. The old rating is the bottom picture.

Mine looks like the bottle to the right.

I updated the pictures with old and new so you can see the differance. The new one has less zinc from what Shell is saying

I'm sure this has been covered but is everyone using the rotella just for break in or every oil change?

Rotella every oil change with STP or EOS
I have a comp 218/128 flat tappet cam
Checked the cam and lifters when I replaced head gaskets
There was no signs of wear after 3000 miles

Is the stp or eos the zinc additive. What is eos.

GM Engine Oil Suppliment has zinc
STP Blue and red bottles they say the red bottle is better both have zinc

Get me the Cummins spec on both bottles and I'll compare them for zinc content. I see that the new bottle is CES 20081....but I can't read the old bottle. Possible they both use the same spec too...ie Zn content might be a range that both formulations fall within.
