Is there a way to straighten front seat back?

I'm 6'5" and have owned my car since new. From all that leaning back against the seat back, the seat back now reclines back a little. I was wondering if there is a way to straighten the seat back to get it close to it's original angle. Thanks for any tips.

Buy a new seat!? Just kidding! there was a post several years ago to address this issue, sorry I don't remember the fix, but you might do a search. If I remember correctly it was well detailed.

Sometimes the teeth on the hinge assembly sheer off. I replaced mine. You can find the hinge assembly fairly easily they were used on many GM vehicles. Camaro and cavalier types and probably many others. I found mine on ebay I think it was listed as a Camaro part and was reasonably priced.

Check with a local upholstery shop. They get lots well used seats in not very good shape.
