Is changing valve bodies easy???

I just picked up a cheap BRF transmission and I want to put the BR3 valve body and governor into my BQ tranny which was just rebuilt. (The BQ tranny to my dismay had a CT6 valve body in it and the incorrect governor )

Is there any tricks or tips to swapping VBs?? It looks straight forward...

Are there any other pieces that I should swap over other than the VB, governor, seperator plate, and servo??

sounds like you got a handle on it!!!

you should swap in a .500 tv boost valve,.296 intermediate boost valve and pink pr spring.or a good quality shift kit with all of these parts.also use the heavy duty 1/2 accumulator spring from the brf.
