Can I just drill out the riviet that holds the flap to the downpipe and just move it over a an 3/16"? I bought a PTE 70 P-trim used and the hole must have been ported out because it is about an inch and a quarter in diameter and the puck on the downpipe is offset on the hole. How much should I have overlaping the wastegate hole? Where would the best place to get an exhaust housing for it be. Thanks Scott

Don't move wastegate puck because it turns. You can remove the weld or add some weld to move wastegate puck SHAFT up or down. You can also remove the puck and make a larger one.

I think someone made a thin plate that would cover the big hole and provide a smaller one to align to the wastegate puck.

RJC Racing perhaps?

Kind of like a thin gasket between the two parts.
