i will be replacing the accumulator ball on my 86 buick gn. is there thing i should know to install it? does someone have a process to follow. thanks

Apply brake pedal 10 times with ignition off to depressurize the accumulator. Unscrew the the old one and screw in the new one. Keep a rag handy to catch any stray drips of brake fluid. Very easy to do.

NVRL8 is correct.
It is just that easy to replace it.
But, you need to cycle it to be certain you remove the air.
See link in my sig for procedures.

Feel free to ask questions.
