That last one’s funny.
You hear stories of guys that have a license plate that says “NO PLATE”.
When an officer writes a ticket for a car that doesn’t have a license plate they write down “NO PLATE”, the ticket gets sent to the other guy.
When I lived in Fargo ND. I had a plate that said “DID NOT”.
