Injectors Not Pulsating

hello guys i just bought a 86gn.car has been sitting for a couple of years and i replaced new fuel pump new filter and pulled coilpack & module,computer,fuel rail& injectors crank and cam sensor from my other car.the car is getting 40 psi to the rail but the injectors aren't pulsating if i spray starting fluid in tb car starts but wouldn't stay running.

What chip is in it? Could be an anti theft routine in the chip

fuses are good and the chip is a turbo tweak v5.7

Did you set the cam sensor properly?

TurboTGuy thinks I should cut it the F loose

Injector harness plugged in?

Injector harness pluged in and cam senso ris pluged in and set properly spray starting fluid in the tb and it starts

In your first post you mentioned the coil pack and ignition module. Are they good? And are they installed? Ground comes thru base plate and it needs to be bolted down. Plug in to ignition module is good?

How did you confirm they weren't pulsing. Voltmeter at harness?

found the problem the car had a kill switch under the passenger seat

Yup this car had been sitting up for 10 years so I just finally got the trunk open and things got interesting
