Ignition Questions

Hey guys I gots another n00b question. I just bought a Mallory HyFire 6 digital Igniton box. I told the sales guy I had an 86 'National and he sold me on it. Well lo and behold I get home and on the front of the Instrucion Manual it say's will not work with distributorless ignitions. Is this ture? Or is there a way to hook it up? And if not, are there any digital ignitons that will work on our cars?

Go to your GM dealer or one of vendors on these boards and buy the original Delco coil pack and ignition module. The factory ign system is good even up to 9 second cars.
