The majority of the items pictured aren't from a Buick Regal. None of them have any value. I'd just toss them out.

Or stick them on a shelf until you have that "oh shit" moment and while working on the car, realize "that's where that thing goes" .

The only caveat with doing that, your shelves get filled up with junk. Junk you could easily buy for cheap if you find you need it.

That looks like it might be a clip that goes on the bottom of the charcoal canister. The rest aren't familiar.
