IAC wont hold still

I've tried to adjust this many times now. I wants to drop to 00 in park and then slowly climb all the way to 175 in drive. Only rarely when i stop at a light and the car is hot do i see it resting on a number, its usually about 45 in that rare case. Is my Throttle body leaking vaccuum or the iac not working?

Have you setup your TPS? That could be the problem.

I dialed the tps in no problem. IAC is only number i can't get right.
