i planning to replace both front fender

Should i need to remove the fender and inner reinforcement
or i can leave the inner section in place ?

if you leave the inner fender in place, then the outer fender should bolt right up and not need to be aligned. if you remove the inner fender, then you will definately have to re-align the panel.

when i start to install a fender, i open the door and start at the bottom of the door, getting the fender lip over the inner fender in the jamb, then work my way around the wheelwell. i've done a few like this, with no scratches on the finished product.
