Manual. The seat was powered at one time, I just prefer the manual. Im also looking to replace the switch and seat trim around it with a solid piece of seat trim if you have any extra or will be willing to trade.

It is actually screwed to a L bracket on the seat itself in the front.This will leave a hole if removed.
The rear is screwed into the hinge. Not the seat track itself unless it is an 84 or older.
