Hydroboost Brake Pedal Question

Hoping somebody might know what I have going on... It's a new HB unit, but what is happening is when the car is started the pedal is getting pulled about 2" from the brake light sensor stop and the brakes are actually engaged. I can manually pull the brake away from floor to keep the brakes off but it will pull itself back towards the floor as soon as I let go of the pedal. With the car off the pedal returns to the brake stop. Please help.

Any chance you have air in the brake lines? I wasn't able to bleed the left front brake due to the bleeder valve being cross threaded. I have a HB and my brakes work great but the pedal doesn't return as quick as it should.
