If I don't have Quick-Time Pro I can't run this video?? When I click on the link, it's giving me a message that this is not in a file format that Quicktime understands. Any ideas on how I can get this to play??

it's an avi file, so it should play in Windows Media Player. Try copying the URL and clicking File, Open URL... in WMP and paste it there.
