How to adjust IAC?

I just installed a TT chip and in the directions it says to set fuel pressure to 43psi, Done. Set TPS idle .40 to .44, Set at .42. It says that my IAC should be around 10 to 30 at idle, warmed up in park. Mine reads 36-40. I there a way to adjust this? Also my o2 reads low at idle, anywhere from .450 to .550, and instructions say it should be .750 to .850 The o2 looks OK in 3rd gear WOT at .750 to .780, or is that also low?
I have a scanmaster for my readings, the car runs well, I have the following mods. TA62 turbo, 42lb Green Stripe Injectors, TT Street Chip, 93 Octane, 17 psi, 1TXB Cam, 3in Terry Houston DP w/o cat, Dutt neck, RJC Power Plate, Walboro Fuel Pump w/Hot Wire kit, LS1 MAF w/Translator, Magnacor 10mm Wires, Orange Stripe Converter 3000 stall.

Leave it alone if it runs good.
Your probably close enough.
If you have a stumble after going from idle, I would reset it.
The O2s he is talking about is at WOT not idle.
I check BLMs while driving to determine lean / rich conditions & O2s at WOT.

Ya, it runs good, WOT o2 looks close to what its susposed to be.
