How much boost

What happens with too much boost ? melt down ? I just put a 60 series turbo on my car, I can run 28 # with no knock, and I know there's more to be had. as long as there's no knock , am I O.K. ?
what should I watch out for, besides knock.

If your running enough octane and not leaning out, then you should be ok. I have seen people run without KR sensors on their motors and think there was no kr until one rebuild and a head gasket later.

Boost is not just the sum of all power. Nor is it the same for all cars. Too many variables.

KR usually pushes a head gasket out while pounding the crap out of everthing else(rods,bearings,crank,ect.) Leaning it out and spiking the EGT's with KR will wipe the smile off your face in a hurry.
