help with hood emblems

I recently bought new hood emblems of a guy on ebay. They came in GM boxes but when I got them out they did not look like others I have. They are all chrome plated with no black border like the rest I have and have white protctive paper instead of red or blue and no made in canada sticker like the others I have. The guy swears they are original GM and not repops. Did they ever come from GM with no black border and white protective paper on the adhesive side? Thanks.

Those are the trunklid emblems for a Turbo Regal.....

If the part number is: 25518640 they are the Turbo-T trunk emblems. Worth alot more than the hood emblems.

Thanks for your help guys. He sent them in the blue and white boxes with part # 25519633. Howerver I know these are not the hood emblems. They are all chrome plated with no black border and white protective paper and no made in canade sticker. I am just hopeing they are not repops. Thanks again.
