Help what is this plug

I thought it was for my power injection bulb but not sure now

its supposed to be under the radio , its the bulb socket for the ashtray that you wont have with a console
gm used a blue scotchlok on the grey wire to the socket to tap the power for the lamp in the shifter indicator in the console

oh and you dont have a socket or bulb for power injection , it wasnt used on the regal

Gotcha thanks I do have a razor alky kit and I have had the car a part for a long time and thought that was what it was for thank you for your help
