Looks like it may be tuned for 22 degrees of timing in high gear or all gears. Burned for use with 36lb injectors. The "NOS" could have something to do with nitrous oxide. The "GWS" may be who made it.

Replace it with chip from turbotweak burnt for your specific combination. Makes it a lot easier to tune when you know what you have.
