i did a thread the other day but i didnt give the right stuff adout 6 month ago i got the turbo rebuilt and then i decided to put a intercooler on and they had to reclock the turbo now i see that there is oil coming in the intercooler pipe the one coming from the turbo what do i need to do

Post some pictures up as to better help you, engine bay, turbo area, leak etc etc

it's possible they didn't put the turbo back together properly and you now have oil leaking into the compressor housing. hopefully you don't have any damaged seals, wheel, or housings.
i'd take it back right away. make them fix it. also, if you try to do anything, then they won't be able to take responsibility any longer.
this is all assuming there was no oiling issues before they clocked it.
just a guess, with no other info, i'd say a bad seal.
