Head Porting(Guide Hump Removal)

If the guide hump in the runners is completely ground out is there enough valve guide left? I know Champion removes them but they may use press in guides. I don't know.

You don't need guides if everything is good but they won't hurt anything.

I am not a fan of shortening the guides. There are just too many proven negative impacts for a *potential gain on a flow bench*.
I don't think the squeeze is worth the juice, on a STREET car . . Thats just an opinion.
