Hi guys,

I bought this used wastegate actuator a while back but I now need to know if it is a heavy duty one or not. See pictures. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Waste Gate Actuators

Looks to me like you've got a picture of a standard (stock boost levels) adjustable wastegate actuator.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that:

actuator #1011-673 = stock boost levels
&
actuator #1011-144 - heavy duty or "high boost"

Thanks guys. One more question; how long should the rod be in inches for this actuator in a mostly stock GN? Only mods are a hotwire, 237 FP regulator, TT chip and gutted cat?

adjust so you have to pull it 1/8 in to hook on the arm with the puck seated

from there boost slowly watch your boost gauge and adjust accordingly for no knock and o2s in 800mv to upper 700s
