HA Injector Swap? DIY?

Looking at swapping my stock injectors to 42's as part of my ECM upgrade. Looks like the fuel rail is burried in there pretty good. How hard is it? If it's harder than changing the #6 spark plug I may pass on it for now.

Hardest part will be getting the turbo oil drain tube back in after you pull the turbo...yes you will have to pull the turbo.

yes you will have to pull the turbo.

Guess that settles that, not pulling the turbo. I'll wait till I have no other choice it's not worth it just to upgrade.

you can cut a hole in the mounting plate that covers the pass. side injectors like shown in this thread, that will help with getting the oil drain tube back in place- (ask me how I know) :biggrin:

Thanks for the good info. O SO LO. Im taking notes..... Likely I'd combine the injectors with a valve spring replacement at some point in the next couple years.
