Gt6152e

i got that turbo but haven't been able to test it yet due to a hurt motor...my buddy is putting it on his car though and testing it against his TE-62

Same 56 trim GT40 compressor wheel as the PT61, but this one has a new GT-series turbine wheel. I was told spool up will be identicle to an SC61 with a stage V T3 exhaust wheel, but will make a fair bit more power on the top end.

I had the 61-52e and a Te-62 on my car. Both had PTE 85 exhaust housings.
The results were that at 21psi, the 61 would run 11.2 @121. And the 62 would run 11.2 at 121@ 22.5psi. Very close. My 60ft was always in the low 1.6 range as my slicks were worn out.
The street driving was more pleasant with the 61, I am sure due to the smaller turbine wheel.
My combo is ported heads, 206 roller, Hemco upper, MJ 17 row I-C, and a PTS 9/11 converter. That stalled about 3400.Street driving was a blast with the 61, I highly recommend it.
Thanks, Brian
