Nope, the mating surface is flat.

I Have A Set Of Ported Heads With Groove In It. O-ring? Can I Use Them Or Does The Block Have To Be Grooved Also?

It sounds like your heads were cut for o-rings. Your block does not need to be cut. Just run lock-wire head gaskets and you're good to go.
