Getting rid of Blow-by

OK so it is a new motor and i eased on it to see how it felt and to see where the boost is at. when i came back oil coming from the driver side breather but the front and rear main dont leak YET . ive read about all the problems with the delco pcv valve. So i bought the " positive action check valve" it says it is a replacment for the pvc and it says it doesnt leak under boost because it has Viton seals and machined. could this chk valve be the problem or somthing else??
