In the description for the fillers it says to use adhesion promoter? I will be using epoxy primer which is supposed to stick to anything, so is it still needed?

I purchased Bulldog Adhesion promoter from my local autobody store.

Wondering what the complete process of prepping these fillers is, do I also need a flex additive since these seem like they flex easily? So the paint doesn't crack?

Yes you will need the adhesion promoter, wash them with dish washing liquid, then use a precleaner and then use the adhesion promoter. New bc cc will be flexable without a flex agent so paint on.
