Fuel PSI maxing at 52?

I'm running about 12 psi boost, 92 octane, and getting some KR at WOT, and O2's a bit under 800. Put on an adjustable Fuel pressure regulator and adjusted the pressure up. I dial static up, no problem, but WOT fuel pressure will go to 52 and that's it. So I put static at 40 psi, and it go's to 52 psi at wot. I dial up the static to 45 and WOT psi is still only 52.
I need more fuel delivered to the injectors (bigger fuel pump) in order to obtain higer fuel pressure, right?

Anything I'm missing?

Currently have 30# green stripe injectors and adj. fuel presure regulater, all other fuel delivery is stock. Should stock pump do better than 52psi w/ this green stripes.

I never seen more than 55 from my stock pump. It really is the first thing that should be changed.
