2 Cyl short NO PROBLEM

i swear i have the worst luck searching in this site for things haha
so im sure this is posted on here a few times i just cant seem to find the answers im looking for
ok so i have a new rebuilt motor from the bottom up, 212,212 cam 50# injectors, .020 pistons , alky kit (not set up yet), rjc power plate, 3 inch DP ..and i want to make sure i have the fuel pressure set up properly, iv read on here before how to set itup i just cant remember the numbers i know you set it to a certian pressure with the vac line off and then check it ..just wondering if someone can help me out with what numbers im looking for
