Fuel Pressure vs BLM Readings

I am not sure which way to adjust fuel pressure. Currently it is set at 43 psi with line off. My BLM readings are as follows:
BLM 137 @ idle in nuetral (lean). Idles somewhat rough.
BLM 144 @ idle in gear (lean). Idles somewhat rough.
BLM 124 @ highway cruise (rich).
CC Count 860 @ WOT (rich).
I understand that the 43# injectors I have are calibrated at the fuel pressure I am currently running (43 psi).
Any suggestions for getting more balanced readings? Thanks.

I wouldn't tune around your idle and part throttle blm. As long as they aren't pegged at their maximum or minimum then the computer is adjusting in order to keep your part throttle fueling where it should be.
If you have a wot blm lock in your chip then you can adjust your fuel pressure to get your O2's where you want them at wot though.

Thanks Dan K, but when I reduce the fuel pressure the low end performance really suffers. Just not sure what is causing the contradiction in readings from low rpm to WOT.
