will removing shraeder pin be a problem , 1/8 coupler ,plumbers tape , and install? just don't want to end up with fuel all over the place

The fuel rail is a -4AN fitting---not 1/8NTP. We found out the "Hard-way" on the difference.:eek:
 
Just keep a towel in front of the shrader when removing it. There won't be all that much fuel spewed.
 
Let the car sit overnight, by morning the pressure should be down enough that not much fuel will come out. As for removing the schrader valve a valve stem tool is your friend.
 
A little trick I learned to stop spewing fuel when removing the schrader valve is to unplug the fuel pump connector by the tank then crank the car over a few times.
