Fuel pressure/Boost problem?

I took the GN out yesterday and noticed some knock in upper 3rd gear (logged the run). Fuel pressure was at 57-60 psi at 22 pounds of boost. That seems a little low from my old power logger runs several years ago…..the pressure was closer to 70 psi at 25 psi boost. I am thinking my pump is on the way out. Just wondering if I am on target with this issue. Thank you

Def could be, just check the hose/connection going to the regulator for splits or possible leaks.

Pressurize the regulator from a compressor or hand pump to 15 psi and increase it 1 psi at a time & see if fuel pressure increases 1 for 1 . You should see where the pump starts falling behind.

Be sure your vacuum line to the regulator isn't leaking before going with a new pump.
