I have had this remote for a year and a half or so now. I use to work at a car audio shop and I bought this for my dad because the rep said they worked with the 5900 viper alarms. They do not. lol It has only been opened, and put right back in. Has been in there ever since. Only came out once. These sell for 40 in the stores usually, sometimes more. What system do you have right now in your car? You have to have a system with sst, and pretty much one that came with the same remote as this one. If you have a system that had the remote that looks like this one, but doesnt have the antenna part, it wont work. If you got the one with the antenna like this one, it will work. But, let me know. :biggrin:
