from underneath, driverside, through the rubber where it joins together,
you can use 1/4 drive ratchet, and unscrew the nuts easily, think the socket is 5/16,
took me all of 2 minutes,
You'll also have to remove the plastic push-in retainers that hold the rubber air deflector to the grille assuming they haven't been removed. Its not that hard, just no space to work in.
