I swapped in an intercooled set-up about 3 years ago. since then the fans never have stayed on like they do from the factory with the delay. the cars turns of, the fans turn off. about 3 weeks ago i turned my car off and the fans stayed on. i thought it was weird but wasnt too worried but after 10 minutes they were still on. i unplugged the delay relay on the fender and they still stayed on. for some reason i decided to restart the car and when i turned it off again they went off like normal. since then it has done this 3 times and always turned off when the car was restarted and ran for 5 minutes or so and turned back off. last night though this didn't work. i was tired and didnt want to mess with it and disconnected the battery. anyone have any ideas what might be powering the fans with the ignition off?
