what is this all about?
do you need a manual to tell you to unhook stuff until an engine comes out, then hook everything back up where it was when you put it back in?

I felt the same way. I took my motor out with only confidence and my craftman's. Knowing that if I forgot one thing, that I would have parts left over. I took lots of pictures before anything was unhooked or unbolted. Put bolts in marked Tupperware containers. During this removal in the back of my mind I knew I would be proud of my reinstall and running well with only a few unknown parts. I also knew that all of the buick owners had my back. This forum was the best location for thousands of hours of experience. Go fast with class. Good luck. Injoy the adventure. The hardest thing I dealt with was learning how to attach pictures.
