Engine Rebuild - How to set Lifter Preload - PLEASE HELP!

I am rebuilding a 109 LC2 with a new Comp Cams 206 206 Hydraulic flat tappet cam and new Comp Cams hydraulic flat tappet lifters. How do I need t set the lifter preload or do they need to be set at all. If not, if there any assy procedure for the overhead or simply assemble?

Please help!
