Email and website acts crappy for me

lets say i open my mail box and go through and delete a few.

the next day when i come back, i will open my mail box, ill click "in box" and it looks the same as it did yesterday before i deleted all the mails.

if i press inbox again, it goes to what it should be.

its the same w/ the site, i hafto refresh to see any new posts,


also its been verry slow in updating and reciving mail.
